Tracy has also specialized in working with adolescents and women that have experienced various traumas including sex trafficking, childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse, and other forms of developmental trauma. Tracy is trained in several evidenced based practices for treating trauma including; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), the Progressive Counting Method (PCM), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Training and Consultation Background
In addition to providing psychotherapy, Tracy has also been providing training and awareness to the community around the issue of sex trafficking and exploitation. She has been a member of the Georgia Governor’s Office Task Force for six years and has worked alongside the community in developing trainings for caregivers and childcare workers. In addition, Tracy has led therapeutic trainings to safe homes, shelters, and other human service professionals with various strategies for working with survivors of sexual exploitation. Tracy has co-created a therapeutic model for working with survivors of sex trafficking and led multiple trainings to the therapeutic community in Georgia. Tracy has also partnered with Moody Bible Institute in Chicago as an adjunct professor, creating course curriculum for an Intro to Sexual Exploitation Course as well as an online course for educating students about the breadth of the sex trafficking industry nationally and globally.

While working as the Clinical Director for Wellspring Living Tracy developed residential and transitional programming for adult and adolescent survivors of sexual exploitation. In these programs Tracy was able to develop new leaders in the fight against human trafficking, create innovative treatment approaches for survivors, and advocate for the needs of women and girls that have been sexually exploited. Tracy is passionate about partnering with others that want to empower survivors of sex trafficking to find restoration and hope for their futures.
